Iyen Nsemwa, CPA (T), MSC, BSC

Iyen has thirty year's experience in all aspects of the financial markets in Tanzania. Prior to forming Arch Financial & Investment Advisory Ltd. (now known as Archco) he held senior managerial positions within the Central Bank of Tanzania, National Development Corporation and CRDB Bank Plc. Iyen has managed IPO's in Tanzania for numerous (internal and external) companies in the banking, oil, gas and mineral sectors. He also has strong links with investors across Africa, the USA and Europe.

Richard Manamba, CPA (T), MBA
Director
Richard is a senior financial and investment expert with broad experience covering the financial markets in Tanzania and USA. After working in Central Bank of Tanzania, he joined Citibank in Tanzania, then went on to become Senior Financial Analyst for Commissioner of Insurance, Wisconsin State, USA and also Senior Financial Analyst for KPMG in Tanzania. Richard's analytical skills assist greatly in preparing companies for IPO's. He also lectures at International Labour Organization events on financial and resource management. Richard serves as an executive board member of the Tax Revenue Appeals Board of Tanzania, responsible for adjudication of tax revenue appeals.

Mazengo is one of the most qualified men in the fields of international relationships, tax, finance, auditing and accountancy. He was able to gain invaluable, hands on experience into the complexities of structuring, funding and cultural issues faced by investors whilst working with the National Development Corporation of Tanzania. With over 15 years' practise, Mazengo is not only able to provide Archco' clients advice on both inward and outward investments in Africa, but also steer them through the maze of cross border issues that they often encounter.

Lukwaro is a licensed dealer and member of Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) and Registered Central Depository Participant (CDP) at Bank of Tanzania. He has wide ranging experience in financial markets throughout Africa, Europe and USA.
